Returns : If after ordering an item you are not satisfied a refund may be obtained. To qualify, an item must be returned to us within ten days of the original dispatch date, be free from damage and complete with original packaging. No refund will be issued for partially complete items or damage sustained due to misuse. Your refund will comprise the original sale price excluding any postage and packing costs. Please obtain proof of posting. No liability will be accepted for returns lost in the post.
Faulty Goods : Either a refund or a replacement will be offered against items that develop a fault within 90 days of the dispatch date. Faulty items must be returned to us complete with packaging prior to the issue of a replacement or a refund. The refund will include the face value of the return postage costs.
